Strength Workouts
  • Fall Team Training:
    • Wednesdays from 5:45-6:30pm
    • Sept 19 - Oct 31
    • CCHS Fitness Center
    • All winter athletes are welcome!

    • The fitness center is open for individual workouts weekdays from 2:45pm-4:00pm
